Description: I have around 650 - 700 sq. ft. of 1"thick random width tongue and groove flooring from an 1840 home. It is all numbered. It consisted of two bedrooms, a hallway and a large living room. The upstairs floor was finished in a light finish while the l/r was darker. I am looking to sell or trade for enough pine to do my project 772 sq. ft.

Description: Victorian polygonal paneled door - $20

Mid-19th Century. Long octagonal panels with deep moldings. 31.5" wide x 77.5" tall x 1.25" thick. Old lift off hinges and old glass pull. Heavy paint build up and patched where latch was. Needs scraping. Reverse has four plain panels. Photos via e-mail on request.

Description: Pair vintage 4 panel interior doors - $25



Solid wood. Need good scraping and cosmetics. Both doors usable and will give years of good service. $15 each or $25 for the pair. Measurements approximate.

4 vertical panel interior door circa 1860s 30" w x 75 3/8"h by 1 3/16" thick.

Victorian, next door on list matches this. Old rim lock, knob rosette and keyhole cover in metal, pair of intact ball finial hinges. Some old cracks in panels, hardware marks.

Nice glass pull knob in good shape & old cabinet catch. Panels have decorative molding one side, no molding on back; plain side for closet or secondary room. Matches prior door, from same location.

Description: Large antique wall radiator - $100

Vintage wall hung cast iron radiator. Approximately 2.75" deep, 29" long and 48 high". For hot water or steam. Possibly able to be separated into two units by a plumber.

It was mounted in a wall recess and covered with a metal grill, included if wanted. In working condition when last used, stored indoors in a dry area. $100 cash & carry. Photos available via e-mail on request.

This radiator is an early style with ornate cast designs. Likely dates to the late 1800s. Radiators of this vintage and style are rarely available.

13" wide, 5" deep and 33" high. 5 sections. Worked when last used. Reducer provides 1" inlet. For use on one pipe steam systems. Photos available via e-mail on request.

Description: Craftsman style leaded glass double hung window - $195

Original early 20th Century window used in Arts & crafts, bungalow, cottage, misson or Craftsman style homes. For opening 36" x 36". Lozenge shape leaded glass; all glass and lead is intact and wood frame is solid. Upper sash 36" x 18", lower sash 36" x19". Both 1 5/16" thick, for installing in conventional window tracks. Wood frame needs clean up, reglazing and minor repair on one edge of exterior to be perfect. Window is ready to use decoratively if desired.

Description: Antique marble bathroom sink - $250

Very good quality antique beige veined marble sink with backsplash and solid porcelain bowl. Original solid brass widespread faucet. Nicely sculpted borders and edges on marble. Was probably used in a left hand corner originally as that edge is not beaded.

Top is 24" deep x 33" wide. Backsplash is 10.5" tall. Bowl is 7" deep x 18" wide x 14" front to back.

Hot indicator button is missing from top of hot faucet. Other than this set is complete and in very good condition. Porcelain is spotless; marble has some yellowing which may come out with proper cleaning. Photos gladly sent via e-mail upon request.
