Description: I have a bound set of Old House Journals for sale.They are from 1977 to 1989 or so.I bought this years ago as a set.This also has an index volume as well. The set is in good condition. 85.00 for the set.I also have the painted Ladies books, each for $15.00 each, and some other house plan books,Like Andrew Jackson Downing's Country Homes,etc. for 5.00 each,these books are reprints.
I also have an original Aladdin Homes catalog from the late 20s, early 30s, for 20.00,plus a QuikBuilt Bungalow Book by The A.C.Tuxbury Company from the 1900s for 60.00.These are kind of rare.

Description: Handsome and spacious walnut buffet by Williams-Kimp Furniture Co., Grand Rapids, MI. Roomy storage with two shelves behind a pair of lockable doors (key included) and three deep drawers above, one with a shallow sliding tray. It's topped by a decorative back panel with finial turnings. Book-matched, flame-figure veneer on doors and drawer fronts. Spiral turnings and diamond cut detail at corners of drawer section, and cockbeading around drawers. Good condition; hardware appears original. 46" W x 20" deep x 47" high (57" including removable decorative top panel).
Great storage for over-size serving pieces. Beautiful piece for Victorian or Edwardian interiors; useful in any home. Photos available on request. $295

Description: In my 1904 house, I have a double bay sink in my basement. I believe it is soapstone and I've been told it it valued around $3500. I would entertain any reasonable offers. I can send pictures. It is in pretty good shape and has no leaks. It is currently hooked up to working plumbing. There is one crack that seems to have been repaired. It has 2 Iron ornamental legs.
