The JOMY® Retractable Ladder, a collapsible, heavy-duty ladder that looks like a drainpipe when closed. Made of extruded anodized aluminum, it opens out to a two-foot wide ladder with slip resistant rungs and a safety rail. With stainless steel pivot pins and Teflon bushings, it is maintenance free, impervious to weather (even salt air) and will last as long as any building. Regardless of height (up to 300 feet), the JOMY® Retractable Ladder closes easily because of stainless steel counter-weighting springs. We also offer the Mini-JOMY®; a scaled-down version with the same quality features, except for the safety rail, appropriate for residential applications up to 25 feet. The JOMY® Staircases and Counter-Balanced stairs are custom built to site and code specific conditions. Also constructed of custom aluminum profiles and stainless steel fasteners.
