Quick Draw Saw

For years, old-house owners and other handy people have been turning saw blades into slim, impromptu tools by wrapping an end in tape to make a handle. Ideal Industries, Inc., takes this idea to the next level with the Ideal Folding Saw, a heavy-duty, die-cast handle that, when coupled to a blade, extends for use or collapses for storage much like a pocket knife. The Folding Saw accepts all 6" reciprocating saw blades, enabling it to cut building materials such as drywall, lumber, or pipe. A two-position switch on the handle locks the blade in place while a rubber grip adds ergonomic comfort.
